Founded in 2003, Owl Education is a company that specializes in providing Software Solutions and Services to School Systems, Superintendents, Administrators, and Federal Program Directors. Our most recent focus is on developing web-based solutions for district administrators including our Federal Program Needs Assessment Tool, TINA, and our Textbook Inventory Software, BIS.
